Alpha Security maintains a rigorous recruitment process, selecting only the most exceptional security personnel with a proven track record in security, extensive training, and adherence to the highest standards. In accordance with the Private Security Act 2001, all security operatives hold Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenses and undergo training well beyond the minimum requirements set by the SIA. Additionally, they undergo enhanced security screening and vetting according to BS7858 standards for your peace of mind.
